On the morning of August 19, Mayor Wu Qiang, Xin Feng, a member of the Municipal Party Committee and head of the Organization Department, and Wang Hao, a member of the Municipal Government’s Party Leadership Group and first-level inspector, led a delegation of five people—accompanied by Lin Yanzhang, Secretary of the Qian’an County Party Committee—to visit Jilin Xuxin Oil & Fat Co., Ltd. in the Cargill Industrial Park, guided by Secretary Meng Ji. During the visit, the delegation inspected the company’s 360,000-ton corn germ pressing and extraction project, as well as the company’s progress in deep processing of specialty agricultural products and its development direction and goals. Wang Lihui, Chairman of Xuxin Oil & Fat, accompanied the delegation throughout the inspection. The inspection team first listened to a briefing from Wang Lihui, Chairman of Xuxin Oil & Fat, on the project’s basic details. They then moved on to the production workshop for an on-site inspection and gained a detailed understanding of the company’s equipment used for producing 360,000 tons of corn germ annually. During the visit, Lin Yanzhang, Secretary of the Qian’an County Party Committee, inquired about the company’s operational and business performance. He expressed full appreciation for the company’s current development and future plans, while also urging the company to continuously enhance its overall strength, uphold its spirit of innovation, and further drive the rapid development of the local agricultural economy, thereby achieving both increased incomes for farmers and improved efficiency for the enterprise.
