Hebei Xuxin Oils & Fats Co., Ltd. is located in the Xinleitou Development Zone, Xinji City, Hebei Province. The company was established in June 2000, covers an area of 100,000 square meters, has a registered capital of 80 million yuan, and fixed assets worth 150 million yuan. It employs 150 cadres and workers. The company’s main products include crude corn oil, corn salad oil, soybean salad oil, peanut oil, blended oils, and more. It is a comprehensive enterprise integrating procurement, processing, and sales.

The company processes 180,000 tons of corn germ annually, producing 70,000 tons of crude corn oil and 110,000 tons of corn germ meal, with an annual output value approaching 800 million yuan. Since its establishment, the company has upheld the essence of China’s fine traditional culture and strived to build a harmonious enterprise that embodies both family-like and school-like values. Thanks to the tireless efforts and meticulous management of the Xuxin team over the years, our products now fully cover the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and neighboring provinces, and we have gradually expanded into markets in Northeast China, Northwest China, South China, Southwest China, and the southeastern coastal areas, establishing a stable customer base. In 2012, our company successfully acquired Xinji Aobang Oils & Fats Co., Ltd. and Xinji Xuyang Oils & Fats Co., Ltd.; in 2016, we invested in setting up a small-package production line and began manufacturing and selling small-packaged corn oil under the brands “Hongri” and “Shi Zhi Mei.”

Jilin Xuxin Oils & Fats Co., Ltd.

Jilin Xuxin Oils & Fats Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 upon the initiative of Hebei Xuxin Oils & Fats Co., Ltd. At that time, in response to the national call for revitalizing the northeastern Chinese economy and in alignment with the company’s own strategic development needs, the board of directors decided to set up Jilin Xuxin Oils & Fats Co., Ltd. in the southern suburbs of Songyuan city, with a registered capital of 100 million RMB. Since 2000, Xuxin Oils & Fats has been deeply rooted in the oils and fats industry, accumulating 25 years of rich industry experience. Carrying forward its original aspirations, Jilin Xuxin Oils & Fats Co., Ltd. is dedicated to the research and production of corn oil, locating its operations in the “45° North Latitude Golden Corn Belt” and building a state-of-the-art production base there.

The company operates a single-unit corn germ pressing production line in China, with an annual capacity of 650,000 tons, accounting for 20% of the nation’s total corn oil production. Relying on an extensive railway network, its products are sold nationwide. The base is strategically located near Cargill’s deep-processing corn facility, creating synergies between the two facilities and establishing a complete industrial chain—from corn cultivation to sophisticated processing. The raw materials used are high-quality corn germ with an oil content as high as 42%, laying a solid foundation for superior product quality.
